Account Security

Refused & Returned Transactions

kkf77 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction if we reasonably suspect fraud, money laundering, or any violation of these Terms. In such cases, kkf77 will notify the affected account holder as soon as reasonably practicable and will cooperate with relevant authorities as required by law.

kkf77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable bonus terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

Wagering Requirements

By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules. Random Number Generation

No player has the right to exploit a manifest error for financial gain.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kkf77 Platform. Any player found to be engaging in any of these activities will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may face permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to conceal the origin of such funds.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker or coordinating bets in live casino games.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, screen-reading software, or any other tool to gain an advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through multiple accounts, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to unlock bonus funds, or any other form of promotional manipulation.
• Identity fraud: Registering under a false identity, using another person's identity documents, or misrepresenting your age or location during the registration or KYC process.
• Reverse engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise access the source code of the kkf77 Platform or any game software.
• Harassment: Using the Platform's communication features to harass, threaten, or abuse other players or kkf77 staff members.

kkf77 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in cases involving suspected criminal activity. Any funds linked to prohibited conduct may be frozen pending investigation and, if applicable, reported to relevant authorities.

kkf77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Player request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your kkf77 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving your request, we will process the closure within 5 business days. Any available balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to applicable KYC checks and provided no open bets or bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding.

Effect of Closure

Upon closure of your account, whether voluntary or otherwise, you will immediately lose access to the Platform and all associated services. Historical transaction records will be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the closure date.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. kkf77 will attempt to notify the account holder by email before applying any dormancy policy. A dormant account administration fee of ৳100 per month may be deducted from the remaining balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Accounts reactivated by the holder will have all fees waived going forward, though fees already applied are non-refundable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kkf77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities. kkf77's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

kkf77 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption or error, that defects will be corrected, or that the Platform is free of viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, technical upgrades, or other operational reasons, and kkf77 will endeavour to provide advance notice where practicable.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our customer support process may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with kkf77's Dispute Resolution Policy, details of which are available upon request from [email protected].
